Barossa Valley wine
This region includes the valleys of Barossa and Eden. Some of the world's oldest Shiraz are from this region.
Among the most renowned white wines there are Riesling Eden Valley, as well as Semillon and Chardonnay. This region produces Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Mataro, Chenin, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling. The taste of the reds is fruity and intense, it shows the wood. And the white grapes have a lot of ripe figs and spicy oak, with the texture of a light red wine.
The Barossa Valley's climate is hot and dry, your soil is clay, dry and yellowish, with very little rainfall which favors the strain of red wines. Eden Valley's climate is cooler and rainy, favorable for white grapes.
